House/Apartment Sale or Rent

• Changes in occupancy require an inspection to be conducted via St. Louis County.

• New residents require an occupancy permit BEFORE moving in at the cost of $25. Additionally, new business tenants will require a business license at the cost of $250 (an annual fee).

• Owners must apply for the inspection BEFORE the sale or rental occupancy. Please allow several days to two weeks for the entire inspection and re-inspection process to be completed.

• Property must pass inspection BEFORE occupancy can be granted.
